Applied Mathematical Seminar36: Decay estimates for a dissipative-dispersive linear semigroup and application to the Boussinesq equation

Abstract: This talk will introduce   the new decay estimates for a dissipative-dispersive linear semigroup.   Applying the decay estimates to the Boussinesq equation, we establish some   results about the global wellposedness, decay estimates, inviscid limit of   small solutions. Moreover, with the help of large dispersive coefficient, we   establish the almost global wellposedness of large solutions and time   periodic solutions for large external force.
